    Lead time depends on scope and quantity. We confirm it after requirements alignment and option confirmation.

    Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    For ODM customization, we can start from 1 unit (no MOQ). For OEM manufacturing, MOQ applies and depends on the model and scope — share your target quantity, and we’ll confirm the best plan.

    Q4: Can I provide my own drawings or a competitor machine reference for OEM?

    A4:

    Yes. Drawings/specs are ideal. If not available, a clear reference (photos/videos + key requirements) works as a starting point.

    Q5: Do you support voltage/plug and basic localization for my market?

    Yes. We can align voltage/plug requirements and support multiple UI languages where applicable.
