Precision Tension Control: The Integrated Ratchet System
Traditional belt installation is often a technical bottleneck. Operators struggle with manual tension control, and changing the machine's vertical height typically requires swapping out the entire belt. This adds unnecessary complexity and material waste to the workflow.
Lion Printer solved this by engineering a Hand-Cranked Ratchet Mechanism. This device integrates belt storage with precision tensioning, allowing operators to adjust column height simply by rotating the ratchet to release or retract the belt.
